This workstream will work towards harmonising data dictionaries, taxonomies and ontologies within the project delivery domain. It is a bold aspiration and will need to be delivered incrementally, beginning with the business case for change. The business case will need to be underpinned by evidence from a data audit, highlighting the scale of the challenge. The workstream will then develop a series of prioritised outputs to resolve the challenges identified in the business case, covering everything from quality assurance and governance through to benchmarking of data quality.
