This is an integration of principles in the “Data Analytics and AI in Government Project Delivery” and the “Project Data Analytics Task Force (PDATF) Manifesto”

Data analytics and AI is changing the landscape of project delivery. Two, recent publications help to guide our profession: the government's "Data Analytics and AI in Government Project Delivery - March 2024", and the industry-led "PDATF Manifesto". Both aim to enhance project management practice through data and AI. This paper describes and aligns key themes in both documents.
